FAQ

  • For the visas that Symple works with (E-1, E-2, and L-1), the whole process takes roughly 3 to 6 months.

It will take a minimum of three months starting from the day we receive all the information we need from our client. The process of collecting information can take up to two weeks.

It can take up to six months, depending on wait times for visa appointments and governmental processing delays.

** Note that these timetables presume that expedite fees have been paid, and that the consulates in question have appointments available.

  • This depends entirely on the client’s case. Some documents are required for every visa application (for example: passports, birth certificates, or a marriage certificate). It’s impossible to know for sure what other documents may be required for the business, as it will depend on the plan that we put together.

  • This depends on the type of visa requested.

Visas for business owners: No particular degree or qualification is strictly required, though experience in running that kind of business overseas can strengthen your application.

Visas for employees, be they managerial or specialized: Experience doing that particular job is a requirement, and a degree in the field is ideal.

  • Because a large proportion of the people who apply either don’t qualify or have not applied properly, there are high rejection rates.

However, when an application is well-backed, the chances of approval are relatively high.

Occasionally, the government might ask for additional evidence before approving a visa - even applications that go through this process several times have a considerable chance of success.
